Six short courses will be offered in addition to the workshop. Short courses will be held on Monday, September 16 for an additional fee each of $105 ($110 after August 2). Workshop registration is required to attend short courses.
Roundtable Luncheon Discussions
A roundtable luncheon with plated lunches on Tuesday, September 17 is included with your workshop registration. A vegetarian alternative to the regular menu also will be available.

- Cancellations received by August 26, 2013: Workshop will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Short courses will be refunded less $10 per course.
- Cancellations received August 27 - September 9, 2013: Workshop will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Short courses will be refunded less $15 per course.
- Cancellations received after September 9, 2013: No refunds will be issued.
