ASTM Committee E11 on Quality and Statistics was formed in 1946. E11 has 135 members participating on 6 technical subcommittees that are responsible for 15 approved standards. E11 meets in May and October with approximately 40 members participating in 15 meetings over two days. E11 standards are published in Volume 14.02 of the Annual Book of ASTM Standards.
